If that doesn’t work, you need to scan and repair the game or contact Blizzard support for assistance.

Fix 1: Flush your DNS

Exit Overwatch 2 and Battle.net.
Run “cmd” in the Windows search bar.
Type “ipconfig /flushdns” and press “Enter”.

Fix 2: Scan and repair

Launch Battle.net.
Select “Overwatch 2”.
Click on the gear icon > Scan and repair > Begin Scan.
