To reach the entrance of the Chelsea Tunnel Construction Site in Gotham Knights, you need to go to the tunnel’s entrance where there are 4 red crosses.

Once you’re there, use your grappling hook to grapple onto the vent on your left.

Lastly, go inside the vent, drop down, and enter the hole in the ground.

After you’ve entered the hole in the ground, a cutscene will play and you’ve reached the entrance.
