Xbox Game Bar – Close
Razer Synapse – Close
Proxy Services (e.g. ProxyCap) – Uninstall
Nvidia Broadcast – Uninstall

Press “CTRL + ALT + DEL” on your keyboard.
Select “Task Manager”.
