For PS4/PS5:
Go to the MW2 game and press “Options”.
Select “Manage Game Content”.
If there’s a download icon next to a DLC pack, you need to download it.
After you’ve downloaded all of the packs, launch MW2.

For PS4/PS5:

Select Delete > OK.
Open the Game Library app.

Select Download > Select “Select All” > Install > launch MW2.
Fix 3: Change your language (Battle.net for PC)
For Battle.net on PC:
Open the Battle.net desktop app.
Select “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II”.
Click on the settings icon > Modify Install.
Default Language > Change Languages > Arabic.
Select Default Language > Arabic > Confirm > Start Update.
After MW2 has finished updating, launch it.
