Fix 1: Manage game content (PS4/PS5)

For PS4/PS5:

Go to the MW2 game and press “Options”.

Select “Manage Game Content”.

If there’s a download icon next to a DLC pack, you need to download it.

After you’ve downloaded all of the packs, launch MW2.

Fix 2: Delete and reinstall MW2 (PS4/PS5)

For PS4/PS5:
