How to fix screen flickering in Modern Warfare 2

To fix screen flickering in Modern Warfare 2, you need to roll back your Nvidia drivers to 516.69 or 522.25.

If you can’t roll back your Nvidia drivers, you can do a clean installation to 516.69 or 522.25 via the Nvidia website.

Fix 1: Roll back your Nvidia drivers

Search for “Device Manager” using Windows Search and open it.

Go to https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/.
Search for your driver version.
Download Driver Version: 522.25.
Click on “Download” and run the installation.
Select “Custom (Advanced)”.
Select “Perform a clean installation”.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
